Martin

Nathan J. Martin joined Wanger Jones Helsley as an associate in 2021. His practice primarily focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including cases involving contractual disputes, real property transactions, and employment and wage issues. His practice also includes business entity formation and corporate regulatory compliance.

Mr. Martin received his Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law. During law school, Mr. Martin was an active member of the law fraternity, Delta Theta Phi, and served as the fraternity treasurer. At Delta Theta Phi’s national conference, Mr. Martin was awarded the Most Outstanding Student in the Region. In Mr. Martin’s 2^nd year at San Joaquin College of Law, he received the Best Brief Finalist award for the George A. Hopper Moot Court Competition. Mr. Martin was also awarded the Ernest Kinney Trial Lawyer Scholarship during his 3^rd year. During his last summer of law school, Mr. Martin worked as a law clerk for Wanger Jones Helsley PC.

Mr. Martin is a 6^th generation Central Valley native with strong ties to the Valley’s agriculture and local businesses. He is blessed to have two beautiful boys with his wife Blair.

Mr. Martin graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal & Restorative Justice Studies from Fresno Pacific University in 2015.
